Returns & Replacements
At Quiet Corner Winery, we stand behind every bottle we make. If you receive a bottle that is corked, flawed, or damaged during packing, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Because of alcohol regulations, we can only accept returns for wine that is flawed or corked. We ask that you keep the bottle and return the unfinished portion so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for wine that was ordered in error or for bottles that were damaged due to weather conditions during shipment.
If you believe you received a flawed bottle, please reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Once the wine is received, we will refund the cost of the bottle (excluding shipping). If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, a full refund including shipping and handling will be issued.
As always, if something doesn’t seem right with a bottle, please let us know. We want you to enjoy every glass.
